After ex-NYPD cop Bo Dietl took a shot at Mayor de Blasio — who he’ll run against next year — he tried to enlist the support of de Blasio’s political frenemy Gov. Andrew Cuomo with mixed results.

Dietl on Wednesday yelled to Hizzoner, “I’m running right against you, head-to-head!” at a power player-packed Police Athletic League luncheon.

At the event, guests including Tony Danza wore “Mayor Bo” pins, and New York County District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. greeted him as “Mayor Bo!”

But Dietl told us that when he later greeted Cuomo at another holiday gathering by putting a “Mayor Bo” pin on him, the governor quipped, “Just put it in my hand.”
