ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo was honored as “Man of the Year” by New York City’s largest police union Thursday in a ceremony where he reminded cops of their standoff with Mayor de Blasio over pay raises.

Cuomo, who received four standing ovations from the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, got his loudest applause when he mentioned the lingering police contract dispute.

“You deserve to be paid for the job that you do,” Cuomo declared.

“Tell de Blasio,” one cop yelled back.
