ALBANY — This is no way to run a railroad, much less an Attorney General’s office.

AG Andrew Cuomo has had a pack of reporters on hold for nearly half an hour now for a teleconference announcing “the EXPANSION OF ONGOING INVESTIGATION INTO THE NYS PENSION SYSTEM.”

At 12:56 p.m. reporters were notified of ”technical difficulties” and told ”a replay” of the scheduled press conference — which apparently had already taken place — could be heard at 2 p.m.
