The state is cracking down on young concert-goers who use fake IDs to buy alcohol at outdoor venues this summer, Gov. Cuomo announced on Wednesday.

Twelve people were arrested during Brad Paisley’s country music concert at Saratoga Performing Arts Center on May 18 and 55 more were nabbed at rapper Future’s Nobody Safe performance at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center in Western New York last week.

Fake IDs from several northeastern states and Florida were confiscated by cops working with the State Liquor Authority and the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Cuomo said enforcement, dubbed “Operation Prevent,” aims to “prevent bad decisions and stop avoidable tragedies.”

Violators also face suspensions of their license from 90 days to a year.
