A cyclist has died from injuries suffered when she was hit by a box truck in Tribeca on Thursday evening, police said.

Yan Jindee, 48, was struck by the turning truck around 5:45 p.m. while on her mountain bike near the corner of Broadway and Walker Street.

The 38-year-old driver had the green light and was making a right turn from Walker Street onto Broadway when he collided with Jindee, police said.

The Manhattan woman was taken to New York-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Police said the driver remained at the scene. No criminality is suspected.
