A cyclist somehow fell off his bike fell in Queens, crawled his way onto a woman’s front door — and then died, authorities said.

The woman told police she was inside her home on 135th Avenue near 224th Street in Laurelton when she heard a loud thud around 10:40 a.m.

When she looked out the window, she saw the injured man lying in the roadway with the bicycle not far away, police said.

The woman grabbed her cell phone, ran down stairs and opened the front door before finding the badly injured man lying on her front step.

EMS workers rushed the man to Franklin General Hospital where he died, officials said.

Police originally thought the man may have been struck by a car but his bike was not damaged, leading them to believe he may have fallen.
