A teen cyclist was struck and killed by a box truck early Thursday in Hell’s Kitchen, police said.

The unidentified 17-year-old was pedaling north on Tenth Ave. around 12:10 a.m. when the truck, traveling west on W. 55th St., slammed into him as it was rolling across the intersection.

The teen was taken to Cornell Medical Center where he died.

The 29-year-old driver of the truck remained at the scene. He has not been charged with a crime at this time.

The NYPD said the crash is still under investigation.
