A Brooklyn man has been accused of abusing his 4-month-old son, leaving the child with several fractured ribs and a fractured arm, authorities said.

Carl Nisbett, 22, allegedly attacked his infant son Jeremiah on Friday night at the boy’s apartment on West 33rd Street in Coney Island.

Nisbett told cops he grabbed Jeremiah by the left arm and yanked him out of a chair, officials said.

The boy screamed and cried for several hours before being taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was diagnosed with broken ribs and a broken arm, police said.

Nisbett was arrested Monday on charges of assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

He also was charged with criminal contempt for violating an order of protection barring him from having contact with the child’s mother, police said. The details of that incident were not immediately known.
