Police are on the hunt for a father who they say kidnapped his 4-year-old son in the Bronx during a custody fight with the boy’s mother.

The incident occurred Sunday just before 9:20 p.m., when 22-year-old Makiel Turbi met with his child’s mother and the young boy in the area of East 182nd Street and Jerome Avenue.

During the encounter, Turbi grabbed his son, Yoangel Sepulveda, placed him on his motorized scooter without his mom’s consent and sped away, police said.

In a desperate bid to rescue her son, the 22-year-old mom tried to hold onto Turbi’s scooter and was dragged several feet into the intersection, according to investigators.

The woman was not injured as a result of the incident.

The NYPD released photos of Turbi and his son, appealing to the public for help with finding them.
