A boozed-up dad who already has been arrested twice for DWI crashed his car with his 5-year-old son and two other kids in it Sunday, leaving one of the children critically injured, authorities said.

Anthony Pollydore, 65, was driving his 11-year-old stepson, 12-year-old stepson and his toddler in his 1995 white Toyota Avalon on Eastern Parkway in Brownsville at around 8 a.m., sources said.

None of the boys was wearing a seat belt when Pollydore slammed on the brakes at a red light near Dean Street and skidded into a light pole, cops said.

The 11-year-old suffered massive head trauma and was rushed to Kings County Hospital, sources said. No one else was injured.

“The windshield was pushed over the roof,” said witness Rosie Ortiz.

Pollydore allegedly smelled of booze and later blew a .094 on a Breathalyzer. The legal limit is .08.

He was charged with several offenses, including aggravated vehicular assault and aggravated DWI with a child in the car.

Pollydore, of Queens, has at least two DWI priors: one in Brooklyn in 2004, and one in Queens in 2009, the sources said.
