A 28-year-old man was shot while walking in Harlem Thursday morning, according to police and a witness.

The man was shot just after 11:45 a.m. on E. 106 Street near 1st Avenue, according to cops.

EMS rushed the man to Cornell Hospital and was expected to survive, cops said.

A teen girl told a Post photographer she was with him at the time and was being interviewed by NYPD detectives Thursday afternoon, however police said the man was alone when he was hit.
