Police say they’ve found a missing 3-year-old boy and the father who took him from his mother in New York City.

An Amber Alert had been issued last night for the toddler, Ferrari Tiesto Stojka. It was canceled early today when the boy and his father were located in Elizabeth, N.J.

The New York Police Department says the boy is in good condition and his father is in custody.

Officers learned the boy was missing after responding to a 911 call from a woman who said she was assaulted in Brooklyn’s Midwood neighborhood. The woman told them her son’s biological father took him and fled.

Just days ago, an 8-year-old boy was abducted in the nearby Borough Park neighborhood. His body was found dismembered. A hardware supply clerk has been arrested in that boy’s killing.
