Police are investigating the deaths of a father and his 3-year-old son who were found dead yesterday in their Englewood, NJ, home.

Police broke into the apartment at around 8:30 a.m. and discovered the lifeless body of Allen McNeil Jr., 53, on top of his dead son, who shared the same name.

Deputy Police Chief Lawrence Suffern told The Bergen Record that authorities do not believe there was any foul play.

He said McNeil may have died of natural causes and fallen on the tot.
