This man threw a 17-year-old girl to the ground, choked her, and sexually assaulted her, authorities said.

Surveillance video shows the goon forcing the cowering teen down the street at Jerome Avenue and East 183rd Street in University Heights at 4:15 a.m. on Sept. 8.

He then shoves her to the ground, throttles her, and sexually abuses her.

He is believed to be about 25 years old, 5-foot- 6 and 150 pounds.

He was was wearing a white Adidas hat, a yellow Aeropostale shirt and blue jeans.

Police hope jewelry, worn by a woman whose body was found in the East River near Clason Point Tuesday, will let them identify the victim with help from the public.

The medical examiner is working to determine how the woman, who had suffered facial trauma, died.

She was about 60 years old, 5-foot-2 and 120 pounds, and — in addition to the jewelry — was wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and multicolored sneakers.

Manhattan

A man broke into a club for military members in Murray Hill and made off with a disabled man’s belongings, officials said.

The suspect got into the Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Coast Guard and Airmen’s Club on Lexington Avenue near East 37th Street at around 6:30 p.m., Aug. 5, police said.

The suspect snatched a backpack with a $1,500 laptop, other electronics and disability papers, cops said.

A creep stalked a yoga teacher from Chelsea to Greenwich Village as she made her way to work, police said.

The 24-year-old woman exited the West 14th Street train station on Sixth Avenue and walked to West 11th Street, where she stopped for coffee at around 5:45 a.m. Monday.

She made her way to West 10th Street and was outside her studio when Shannon Gibbons, 28, allegedly shouted, “You come over here!”

The woman started to walk faster and climbed the steps to the second floor of Modo Yoga studio and locked the door behind her, cops said.

Gibbons allegedly tried to get her to open the door by banging and screaming for about 20 minutes, “Let me in! I want to take yoga classes.”

Cops nabbed Gibbons as he was leaving and charged him with stalking, harassment and trespass.

Police raided a Chelsea smoke shop for illegal cigarettes and also found marijuana, law-enforcement sources said.

Officers executed a warrant in the Tobacco King on West 14th Street near Seventh Avenue Friday and found illegal tobacco, marijuana and synthetic marijuana, cops said.

Clerk Oadi Alsaede, 21, was charged with selling untaxed cigarettes along with Sharief Alashwal, 34, who was also charged with possession of marijuana, cops said.

A tiff between motorists at a Greenwich Village gas station took a bad turn when one threatened to shoot the other, cops said.

The spat occurred 4:45 a.m. Saturday on Eighth Avenue and West 13th Street.

“Move or I’ll shoot you,” Ross Shelley, 28, said to the other driver, adding, “I have a gun,” police said.

Cops showed up and arrested Shelley for menacing.

Brooklyn

A quick-thinking woman snapped this picture of a man who flashed her on the subway, cops said.

The 40-year-old woman was on a southbound G train at 10:30 p.m. Monday when the man allegedly exposed himself.

She snapped the picture before he ran off when the train stopped.
