Cops released a photo of a man wanted for choking a 91-year-old Park Slope woman and mugging her and a witness at gunpoint, authorities said. The suspect snuck up on the victim from behind as she entered her home on Ninth Street near Prospect Park West on Wednesday around 1 p.m., then put her in a chokehold, cops said. He then shoved her into the building’s front hallway, pulled a gun and demanded money, police said. When a 50-year-old man interrupted the mugging in progress, the thug grabbed his cash, too, making off with about $370. Cops believe the attacker is in his mid-40s and describe him as about 6-feet tall and 250 pounds. Cameras caught him in a dark hoodie, a black jacket, a black wool skullcap, black gloves, light pants and dark shoes.

Cops nabbed a man waving a boxcutter on a subway platform in Downtown Brooklyn. Norden Cummings, 30, was screaming threats and waving a boxcutter at straphangers on the northbound 2/3 platform at Hoyt Street on Wednesday at about 7:30 p.m., according to police. When two officers from Transit District 30 arrived on the scene, they found frightened passengers giving Cummings a wide berth, authorities said. The cops found Cummings alone at the end of the platform, still swinging his blade. After they ordered him to drop the knife, Cummings complied and was arrested, police said. He is charged with menacing, weapons possession, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Authorities released surveillance footage of the SUV operated by the hit-and-run driver who left a 70-year-old man critically injured in Gravesend. The driver of the white Jeep Grand Cherokee mowed down the victim, who was riding a motorized scooter, at the intersection of 25th Avenue and 85th Street about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday. Police believe the suspect’s car may have sustained damage to the front right fender and bumper. The victim remained at Lutheran Hospital Thursday.

A 31-year-old woman’s purse was stolen at a popular Turkish café in Sheepshead Bay by a man who later purchased cigarettes with her credit card, police said. The victim was dining at Masal Café at 1901 Emmons Ave. at about 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 11 when the suspect took her bag, police said. The purse-snatcher then bought two packs of smokes at a grocery store less than a mile away. The suspect, believed to be in his 30s, was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweater and blue jeans.
