“Daily Show” correspondent Aasif Mandvi is being sued by a former writing partner who claims he stole her work for the culinary comedy “Today’s Special.”

Court papers say Mandvi agreed to add Kimberley Hughes’ name to the opening credits after she slapped him with a $1.3 million-plus breach-of-contract suit last month. But in an opening-night screening on Nov. 19, Hughes’ name was nowhere to be seen.

Producers said the “innocent error” has “now been resolved. Mandvi’s reps did not return calls.
