“Holland’s Sexiest Ballet Dancer Ever” doesn’t have a leg to stand on after partying at The Standard hotel’s pool.

Rubinald Pronk cut open his foot on Sept. 28 on a glass candle-holder at the pool bottom, he says in Manhattan Supreme Court papers.

So Pronk, who got his “Sexiest” title from Elsevier Magazine, wants unspecified money damages for the hotel’s “negligence.”

A hotel rep did not immediately return a call for comment.
