An NYPD traffic agent accused of rape was freed because prosecutors don’t have enough evidence to charge him, sources told The Post.

Charles Taylor, 25, was accused of drugging and raping a woman he asked out on a date last week.

The woman told a relative he took her to an apartment building, where she was in and out of consciousness before she realized she was being raped.
