The man who allegedly stabbed a Wendy’s co-worker during a Monday night feud has been charged with attempted murder, authorities said.
David Lamont, 43, knifed his 44-year-old colleague in the chest during a fight at the fast-food joint on Ditmas Avenue in Canarsie around 7:30 p.m., cops said.
The victim was hospitalized in stable condition, police said.

Lamont fled the scene but was nabbed by cops and charged with attempted murder and menacing. William C. Lopez/NYPOSTLamont – who was arrested shortly after fleeing the scene – was charged with attempted murder and menacing, cops confirmed Tuesday.
The exact circumstances leading up to the bloody clash remained unknown.
Hours later, cops were seen investigating the scene. Photographs from inside the restaurant show a table smeared with what appears to be blood.
