Memo to allegedly crooked day-care operators: Eliot Spitzer is no longer in office.

Four day-care owners who operated nine centers were arrested on a variety of charges — including forging official documents that listed Spitzer as the current governor, the city Department of Investigation said Friday.

Gina Schiavo, 44, ran a day-care on Staten Island until she was busted for allegedly handing an inspector bogus letters indicating two teachers had no record of child abuse, among other fake documents.

Owen Larman, 41, collected nearly $60,000 from the city for a Brooklyn center that existed only on paper, authorities said.

And ABC Little Star owner Elena Kaplan, 53, was arrested after investigators discovered several allegedly fraudulent documents in her files.
