A Bronx day-care teacher is fighting charges that he possessed and distributed child pornography.

Joshua Conde was arrested by Homeland Security agents after an investigator traced an IP address at his home to a kiddie-porn file-sharing network.

The criminal complaint says graphic images of underage girls having sex with men were found on his computer.

Conde appeared Wednesday in Manhattan federal court, and his attorney, Brian Pakett, said he “pled not guilty, is fighting the charges and looks forward to his day in court.”

The investigation included the NYPD.
