Mayor Bill de Blasio stood up a group of Pakistani New Yorkers at a community event in The Bronx.

The mayor let members of the Bronx Community Council wait for two hours after his scheduled 2 p.m. arrival time before his people told organizers he would not attend.

“He should have shown up,” said Hassan Masood, who helped organize the party.
