They were obviously heeding the advice of health experts to cover their faces while in public during the coronavirus lockdown.

But it’s not the first time the mayor has been snapped looking like an Old West bank robber.

He’s also been nabbed wearing a scarf during his daily morning strolls in Prospect Park.
