Mayor Bill de Blasio donor Jona Rechnitz testified Wednesday for a second time in 10 months to buying his way through seats of power from City Hall to Westchester County.

But this time he threw Long Island into the mix.

At the retrial of disgraced ex-correction officers union boss Norman Seabrook, Rechnitz repeated claims that he threw money at de Blasio in exchange for city help with real estate issues. “I went straight to the top,” he said of his “access” to department heads after about $152,000 in donations. “I did not go through the normal channels.”

Rechnitz described perks scored including a police ID card and parking placard from Floral Park Police Commissioner and ex-NYPD officer Steve McAllister. A Floral Park village attorney did not return a request for comment.
