Mayor Bill de Blasio doesn’t share Amazon’s philosophy on speed — when it comes to delivering himself.

Hizzoner arrived at a presser to announce Amazon choosing Queens as one of its new headquarters more than 40 minutes after the original noon start time.

They had to rejigger the time to 1 p.m. after the mayor’s office confirmed to The Post he was just dragging himself out of City Hall at 12:25 p.m. for the trip to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office.

Attendees grew restless waiting for de Blasio and Kathryn Wyld — president of the economic development group The Partnership for New York City — and were spotted leaving.

De Blasio finally made it at 12:41 p.m.
