Talk to my back.

Mayor de Blasio refused to even acknowledge questions about the subway train derailment in Harlem Tuesday morning, turning his back to reporters outside a Bronx school.

“Mayor, hundreds of New Yorkers climbed through subway tunnels today to get to work. Why didn’t you address this?” one reporter shouted outside the Bronx School for Law, Government and Justice, where de Blasio was scheduled to give remarks at a graduation ceremony.

Hizzoner ignored that question and several others shouted by reporters as he walked into the school. He did make time to shake hands with several cops before entering the building.

When asked why de Blasio didn’t show up to the derailment scene, his spokesperson Eric Phillips claimed he was “in meetings and briefings at Gracie Mansion.”

“Emergency personnel dispatched to the scene immediately,” he said. “Our Fire Commissioner was there. Sometimes it’s helpful to have the mayor or other top officials there, and sometimes it serves little purpose.”
