Mayor de Blasio doesn’t just get in trouble when he moves — he gets in trouble when he stops, too.

The mayor’s car was slapped with a $115 parking ticket last summer that hasn’t been paid, sources reported.

De Blasio spokesman Wiley Norvell promised the citation will be paid.
