Mayor de Blasio on Sunday night visited parts of Brooklyn that endured “challenging dynamics” during protests over George Floyd’s death.

After two nights of heated demonstrations in the area — where protesters and cops clashed — the mayor walked around Flatbush and Bedford-Stuyvesant listening to the concerns of community leaders.

The mayor spoke to elected officials while walking a stretch of Flatbush “that witnessed some of the most challenging dynamics last night,” he said on Twitter.

“Hearing from them and community about priorities like police accountability and increasing access to food and relief.”

Hizzoner did the same in Bed Stuy, where he said on Twitter, residents “are worried about encounters between youth and police.”

“We have a lot of work to do,” de Blasio wrote.

When spotted in Flatbush by a Post reporter, the mayor refused to answer why it took him until Sunday to publicly speak with Brooklyn residents about the escalating protests.

The borough on Saturday night was the site of a protest that turned ugly when an NYPD SUV was caught on camera ramming into a group of protesters.

Elsewhere, the Apple Store on Flatbush Avenue was vandalized with ACAB — an acronym for “All Cops are Bastards” — and BLM, which stands for “Black Lives Matter.”
