As if Prospect Park wasn’t far enough away from Gracie Mansion — Hizzoner is now going to Green-Wood Cemetery.

Despite taking heat for regularly being driven 12 miles to Brooklyn to exercise during the coronavirus pandemic, Mayor Bill de Blasio on Sunday went to an even more distant green space, according to a report.

Hizzoner was spotted at around 3 p.m. walking with his wife in the fabled graveyard, about 2 miles from Prospect Park and some 18 miles from his Gracie Mansion home, Streetsblog reported.

A witness told the blog that de Blasio had on a blue bandana to cover his face.

A spokeswoman for City Hall said the mayor was driven to the South Brooklyn boneyard to take a walk. He wasn’t visiting a specific gravesite or family plot, as is common for many worshipers on Easter.

The mayor last week defended trekking to Brooklyn for a walk in the park, even though his Upper East Side home is located inside of one.

“I go get my exercise like everyone else,” De Blasio said on NY1’s “Inside City Hall.”

“I go to my home neighborhood. It’s part of what helps me just continue to work nonstop,” he said. “I’m on conference calls pretty much the whole time.”

The mayor’s favorite gym, the Park Slope YMCA, was shuttered in March, along with all other state gyms, to help curb the outbreak.

City parks have remained opened, though parts of them — such as playgrounds and dog runs — have been shut down. Parkgoers are expected to maintain social distancing or risk a hefty $1,000 fine.

De Blasio, in trying to rationalize his long-distance strolls, said, “My situation is particular and I am here serving people … and I’m just doing something I think will help me to be the most effective.”

“This is just something that we shouldn’t focus on. There’s much better things to talk about,” he said.
