Police discovered a dead body with a shovel lying nearby on some Manhattan train tracks close to Hudson Yards on Monday, according to law enforcement sources.

The unidentified corpse was found in a pool of blood on a rail right-of-way that runs below West 38th Street between 10th and 11th avenues, sources said.

It was not immediately clear what the shovel was doing there — as investigators were still arriving on the scene Monday afternoon, sources said.
