MTA workers found a dead man on the subway tracks at a Brooklyn L-train station on Monday night, police said.
A straphanger spotted the man on the tracks and pulled the emergency brake on a southbound train at the Livonia Avenue station in Brownsville around 9:30 p.m., cops said.
After the train came to a halt, workers investigated the tracks and discovered the man’s body underneath the train, authorities said.
His cause of death and identity were not immediately clear.
