A dead man with slashes to his chest and wrists was found tied up in a Bronx apartment building on Friday evening, police said.

A resident of the building on Creston Avenue near Field Place in Fordham Heights smelled the man’s body decomposing in the apartment and called police Friday, cops said.

Officers found the man dead with his legs tied to his torso, police said. They also found slashes on his chest and wrists, authorities said.

Police are investigating the death and the Medical Examiner is working to determine how the man died.
