A drug-addict-turned-megachurch-pastor had in his possession a glassine envelope containing an unknown white substance when he was found dead Friday in a luxury Times Square hotel, sources told The Post yesterday.

The body of Zachery Tims, 42, founder of the New Destiny Christian Center in Apopka, Fla., was found in his room at the W Hotel. The cause of death is pending toxicology results.
