A motorist who launched a young Brooklyn bicyclist to her death under a bus by opening her car door won’t do any jail time.

Krystal Francis, 25, could have been sentenced to up to 30 days in jail for having a suspended license when Jasmine Herron, 23, was fatally struck on Atlantic Avenue.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Guy Mangano overturned Francis’ conviction because it could not be proven that she had ever received notice in the mail that her license was suspended.
