Erika Kraus-BreslinThe death of an 85-year-old woman,
inside her Queens home, was ruled a homicide Tuesday.
The badly decayed body of Erika Kraus-Breslin was found in the Ridgewood home she shared with her grandson in October.
The medical examiner’s office has determined she died by asphyxiation.
The grandson, Christopher Fuhrer, was arrested at the time for concealment of a human corpse. He was not hit with additional charges Tuesday.
