Plainclothes cops collared an iPhone thief in a decoy operation at Grand Central subway station, police said.

Khomali Vinson, 20, of Kips Bay, reached into the backpack of an undercover cop and grabbed an iPhone on a crowded downtown 6 train at the 51st Street station at about 3:40 p.m. Friday, police said. He got off at the 42nd Street station, but cops quickly collared him.
