Delays hit Amtrak
Train service along the Northeast Corridor from New York to Washington was slowly returning to normal yesterday following a service disruption caused by an Amtrak voltage problem.
It was not yet clear what caused the problem, which was discovered at around 9:30 a.m. Normal service had returned to the New York and New Jersey region by noon.
