Metro North riders will have continued delays tonight and tomorrow while workers continue to fix the tracks on the Hudson line that were damaged in last week’s derailment in The Bronx, authorities said.
Beginning at 10 p.m., the Metro-North will shuttle riders by bus between Yonkers and Mount Vernon West stations, so that workers can finish up repairs near the Spuyten Devil Station in Riverdale.
Customers should expect 30 to 45 minute delays.
Customers heading into New York City will take the bus to Mount Vernon West, then board a special express train to Grand Central.
Commuters heading away from the city will catch an express train from Grand Central to Mount Vernon West, then take a bus to Yonkers, where they can catch a Hudson Line train.
