A Brooklyn food deliveryman was killed last night when a hit-and-run driver slammed into his motor scooter.

Witnesses told police the man landed on the hood of a Nissan SUV that blew through a red light on Gerritsen Avenue near Avenue V at about 8:25 p.m. He was thrown off the hood as the driver sped off.

The victim, whose identity was withheld pending family notification, was dead on arrival at New York Community Hospital.

He was a longtime employee of Knapp Lucky Star who had arrived a decade ago from China and was married, restaurant manager Jimmy Wong said.
