The deranged man cops tried to subdue and mistakenly believed was armed when they opened fire, accidentally shooting two female tourists in Times Square in 2013, was sentenced Tuesday to two years in prison.
Glenn Broadnax, 37, took a no-jail plea deal in December agreeing to keep his nose clean for six months and attend outpatient psychiatric treatment.
But he got rearrested in January on a drug possession rap, authorities said.
Broadnax believed he was talking to dead relatives just before he jumped in front of traffic near 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue Sept 14 2013, court record show.
When cops approached he reached into his pocket and simulated pointing a gun at them with his finger— inciting the two officers to fire, law enforcement sources said.
The cops missed Broadnax and hit one bystander in the buttocks and another in the calf.
He originally faced felony assault and reckless endangerment raps but a judge in December dismissed all but one felony count against him.
