Di Fara’s slice of life
Forget turkey. Di Fara’s storied pizzeria reopened in Brooklyn yesterday — a week after the city Health Department had shut it for 67 sanitary-violation points, including mouse droppings.
“Di Fara’s passed their re-opening inspection this morning,’’ the Health Department said of the popular slice joint on Avenue J in Midwood.
“The Health Department did not observe any mice droppings or other evidence of mice.’’
