Michael Douglas’ ex-wife yesterday lost — yet again — a bid to get a load of loot from her ex’s performance in “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.”
The Manhattan judge who last year rejected Diandra Douglas’ effort to sue Oscar-winner Michael in New York for half of the millions he earned from the follow-up to the 1987 hit “Wall Street” rejected her request to overturn the original ruling.
Justice Matthew Cooper again said that Diandra’s claims that their divorce settlement entitles her to such cash should be heard in a court in California, where they split in 2000.
“We won,” said Michael’s lawyer, Marilyn Chinitz.
Chinitz said she hopes this is “The End” of the case.
But Diandra’s attorney, Nancy Chemtob, vowed to appeal again.
