Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-assistant “Mia” recounted for the jury in heart-wrenching detail Thursday the numerous times she says the hip hop mogul sexually assaulted her. She continues her testimony Friday.
On the stand for several hours, the woman — sobbing as she testified anonymously under the pseudonym — divulged how she felt controlled and manipulated by the powerful mogul, who was prone to violent rages.
Combs, 55, is accused of using his fame, fortune and many businesses to run a sex-trafficking and racketeering scheme in which he controlled and manipulated girlfriend Cassie Ventura, 38, for over a decade, using violence and threats, and forcing her and others into drug-fueled “freak-off” sex marathons that went on for days.
The trial is not televised because cameras are prohibited inside the federal courthouse, but we’re there following all the action — so watch this space for the latest updates.
Sean "Diddy" Combs' former assistant, Mia, is set to continue her testimony Monday after the music mogul's defense lawyer, Brian Steel, grilled her for hours during a painstaking cross-examination.
Mia calmly answered every question Steel threw her way, including when he repeatedly pressed her about the truth of her claims that the Bad Boy Records founder sexually assaulted her multiple times.
Steel spent the majority of his time so far focusing on Mia's glowing social media posts about the "I'll Be Missing You," rapper, using the posts to call into question that she was a victim of his.
Steel is expected to continue his inquiry of Mia Monday morning.
President Trump shockingly said Friday that he would be open to pardoning Sean “Diddy” Combs — currently on trial in Manhattan for alleged sex trafficking and other crimes.

“Nobody’s asked. But I know people are thinking about it. I know they’re thinking about it. I think some people have been very close to asking,” Trump, 78, said during an Oval Office press conference with Elon Musk.
Combs, 55, was arrested in September and has been held without bail on federal charges.
Sean "Diddy" Combs' former assistant, Mia, didn't back down when she was repeatedly pressed about the truth of her claims the music mogul sexually assaulted her.
"Isn’t it true that Mr. Combs never had unwanted non-consensual sex with you?" Combs lawyer Brian Steel asked.
"What I said in this courtroom is the truth," Mia responded. "I have not lied to anyone at all."
"Isn’t it true, although unforgivable for any person to put their hands on a women, especially a man, isn’t it true it did not happen as many times as you’ve said to this jury?" Steel continued.

"Everything I’ve said in this courtroom is true," she answered.
Steel then asked Mia why she made Combs a scrap book if she was his victim.
"It's a lot more complicated than that," she said.
For hours, Steel has been calling up Mia's positive Instagram posts toward Combs, in an apparent effort to dispel her claims that she was a victim of his.
Sean "Diddy" Combs' ex-assistant, Mia, is now being cross-examined by the music mogul's defense attorney Brian Steel about friendly social media posts she made toward Combs — her alleged sexual abuser.
The jury was shown a series of Instagram posts, including one Mia posted on Combs' 40th birthday with a photo of her in a tutu and Combs grabbing his crotch while they were apparently at the Burning Man festival.

"Thank you for constantly inspiring me ... you are one of my greatest friends. I love you," the Nov. 4, 2009, post says.

D-Roc texted Mia, "That Puff [Daddy] really wanted to talk to me, maybe I could say something…he was going to call me."
A couple of hours later, Combs called Mia, but she didn't pick up.
"I threw my phone as far as it can go, and I ran outside," Mia said, later noting she had complex, severe PTSD from her time working for Combs.

Mia said she avoided speaking with Combs and later turned down a thinly-veiled bribe from D-Roc.
"I know you didn’t ask for anything, but I'm allowed to send my sister a gift," the security guard texted Mia on Feb. 2, 2024, referring to her as his "sister."
And Mia received texts from Combs on Feb. 4 and Feb. 7 asking to speak with her so he could have his "memory jogged."
Sean "Diddy" Combs' former assistant, Mia, testified that after she left the hip hop mogul's company in 2017, she eventually settled for $400,000.
Mia told the jury that she only personally received roughly $200,000 of that settlement, with her lawyers taking the rest.

"I was going to die with this," she said of the alleged sex abuse.
Sean "Diddy" Combs once raged at his assistant during a yacht trip in St. Barts because she was taking too long to count over $100,000 in cash.

Sean "Diddy" Combs' former assistant, Mia, has begun testifying again this morning and is telling jurors about how the hip-hop mogul threatened to kill her for not picking up his calls.
Mia — who is testifying anonymously for a second day — claimed the Bad Boy Records founder threatened to fire her and even kill her when she was on a trip with Combs' girlfriend Cassie Ventura in South Africa in October 2015.

Ventura found out that Combs cheated on her with a woman named Gina, and the "I'll Be Missing You" rapper was furiously trying to speak with his girlfriend.
In one call with Mia, Combs, "was threatening my job and then threatening to kill me," she testified.
On other calls, Combs demanded Mia get on a plane and come to see him or he'd fire or kill her, she told the jury.

At another point, while Mia was asleep in the country on a different time zone, she woke up to 48 missed calls and many texts saying "CALL ME NOW."
“If you don’t call me now f--k it all. And imma tell everything," Combs wrote in a WhatsApp message to Mia on Oct. 31, 2015.
"And don’t ever speak to me again. You have 2 mins. Fuck her [Cassie]. Call my hs [house] or never speak to me again. ... Let’s go to war.”
He was threatening to tell Cassie about sexually assaulting Mia, but "framed differently... as though it was my fault or I was a part of it," Mia told the jury.
Mia said she assured Combs and staff that she wasn't ignoring them.
She said the threats made her "desperate to make it right, terrified and really, really sad."

The woman, who lived at Diddy's home while she worked for him for eight torturous years from 2009-2017, is testifying under a pseudonym, "Mia." On the stand for several hours, she divulged how she felt controlled by the powerful mogul, who was prone to violent rages.
Mia ended yesterday by telling jurors she didn’t want to testify at this sex-trafficking and conspiracy trial “because it’s the most traumatizing thing. The worst thing, [the most] shameful thing that happened to me.”
