A social media influencer who says Sean “Diddy” Combs savagely beat her and made her have unprotected sex with porn stars and escorts during their years-long relationship was grilled Tuesday by his lawyers at this bombshell sex-trafficking trial.

The woman testifying anonymously as a “Jane Doe” has at times sobbed uncontrollably as she described in horrifically graphic detail how the disgraced rap mogul forced her into depraved, drug-fueled “freak-off” sex marathons that are at the center of the case.

Combs, 55, is accused of using his fame, fortune and many businesses to run a decade-long scheme in which he controlled and manipulated his longtime girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, 38, and others including Jane using violence and threats, forcing them into the “freak-offs” that went on for days.

The rapper has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He faces life in prison if convicted.

The trial is not televised because cameras are prohibited inside the federal courthouse, but we’re there following all the action — so watch this space for the latest updates.

Diddy's lawyer uses steamy sexts in apparent bid to undermine victim's testimony

By Ben Kochman and Priscilla DeGregory

Teny Geragos, the defense attorney for Sean "Diddy" Combs, has been showing jurors droves of sexts the rapper's former influencer girlfriend sent him in an apparent bid to undermine her testimony that she was victimized.

"What fantasy do you want to have," alleged victim "Jane" wrote in one of the more tame messages.

Jurors have heard testimony and seen messages that back up Jane's claim that she didn't want to keep having sex with other men, but that she did so to please Combs, who'd repeatedly threatened to stop paying her $10,000 monthly rent if she didn't go along with him.

This defense tactic of airing victim sexts was also used by Combs' lawyers during the cross-examination of his long time ex-girlfriend and star prosecution witness Cassie Ventura.

Jane has spicy exchange with Combs lawyer about Bottega bags: 'How much does my body cost'?

By Ben Kochman

Combs' accuser testifying under the alias “Jane” had a spicy exchange with Combs’ lawyer Teny Geragos over designer handbags Tuesday afternoon.

Geragos grilled Jane about gifts Combs gave to her after Jane testified about being jealous when Combs bought other women expensive gifts.

"Jane's" witty answers challenged Geragos. REUTERS

“What is a Bottega bag?” Geragos asked Jane, implying that Combs had given her one.

“I’m sure you have one,” Jane quipped back.

Geragos then asked her how much a Bottega bag costs.

“How much does my body cost?” Jane shot back.

Jane asked for a break shortly after the heated exchange.

Diddy, ex-girlfriend compared their 'freak-off' trio with male escort to famous NBA players

By Mikella Schuettler , Ben Kochman and Priscilla DeGregory

Sean "Diddy" Combs and his influencer ex-girlfriend compared their "freak-off" trio with one male escort to famous NBA players.

When Combs and his one-time girlfriend "Jane" partook in sex marathons with one particular escort named Paul — who was also the mogul's personal trainer — the Bad Boy Records founder called them a "trifecta," Jane told jurors.

Jane -- who said she normally didn't like having sex with anyone but Combs — said she had "good feelings" about her time with Paul.

And Combs and Jane compared themselves and Paul to NBA players. Jane was late baller Kobe Bryant, Combs was Michael Jordan and Paul was Shaquille O'Neal, Jane explained.

Diddy's favorite TV show revealed as 'Dateline' — which he's now starring in

By Mikella Schuettler

Sean “Diddy” Combs has become the subject of his favorite show, "Dateline" — which he used to watch after marathon "freak-offs" while being tucked into bed by his ex-girlfriend “Jane.”

“What was his favorite show?" Combs' defense lawyer Teny Geragos asked Jane on Tuesday morning.

“Dateline,” replied Combs' former lover, who is testifying against him as a government witness.

After the "freak-offs" or "hotel nights," where the rap mogul would watch Jane have sex with escorts, Jane would rub his feet and put on the NBC true-crime show to help him sleep, she told jurors.

Diddy's influencer ex explains rapper's kink: 'I would use the word cuck for him'

By Priscilla DeGregory

Sean "Diddy" Combs' influencer ex-girlfriend explained to jurors the "cuck" kink that the hip-hop mogul had.

"Jane" testified she researched the term -- which is short for cuckold -- because "I was just trying to deep-dive all the reasons why [cucks] derived so much pleasure watching their woman be with other men."

She learned that cucks "could also have a lot of bicuriosity that they're too ashamed to experience themselves, so they use the woman to venture out in this curiosity instead of actually doing the act themselves," Jane told the jury.

Jane said Combs used the words "voyeurism" and "escapism" to explain what he liked.

But "I would use the word cuck for him, more so," Jane testified.

Sweater-clad Diddy — who drew judge's warning for 'vigorous' nods at jury — nods repeatedly during cross-examination

By Ben Kochman

Sean "Diddy" Combs — who already drew the judge's ire for nodding at jurors earlier in the trial — nodded repeatedly Tuesday during his lawyer's cross-examination of government witness "Jane."

The 55-year-old hip-hop mogul, wearing a baby blue sweater and black reading glasses, nodded his head when Jane testified about giving him foot rubs and baths while nursing him back to health after their grueling sexual escapades with male escorts.

"Yes, he was my baby," Jane testified.

Combs gave an exaggerated nod minutes later when Jane, in response to a question from Combs' lawyer Teny Geragos, talked about deciding to see him again because she "missed" him.

Judge Arun Subramanian has previously threatened to throw Combs out of the courtroom for repeatedly nodding at jurors.

Tuesday morning's repeated nods did come in the jury's presence, but it did not appear that Combs turned his face toward the jury while nodding.

The nods do not appear to have caught the attention of the judge or the prosecution at this point.

Diddy looked like he was jaundiced, needed rehab, was on anti-depressants: testimony

By Mikella Schuettler and Priscilla DeGregory

Sean "Diddy" Combs looked jaundiced and needed rehab, the hip-hop mogul's influencer ex-girlfriend "Jane" told jurors of his state toward the beginning of their relationship.

"I felt he was developing jaundice," Jane said of Combs' appearance in 2021.

"His gums were gray, probably from drug use," she told the jury. "I felt that his hands were shaky probably from over-consuming alcohol."

Then on a flight to Thailand, she told the Bad Boy Records founder about a nice rehab she knew of through friends.

"What the hell, you think I need rehab?" Jane recounted Combs saying to her.

"I was like, 'Well yeah, look at you,'" Jane testified.

Combs' defense lawyer Teny Geragos also asked about whether she knew he was on anti-depressants.

"Yes," she responded.

"You wanted him to get off the Xanax and Prozac," Geragos asked.

"Yes, as you listed them, I didn't even know all that," Jane answered.

Diddy described himself as polyamorous to influencer when they started dating: testimony

By Mikella Schuettler and Priscilla DeGregory

Sean "Diddy" Combs told an influencer, "Jane," when he started dating her that he was "polyamorous," Jane told jurors.

Jane said the Bad Boy Records founder was up front with her that he was "dating" other women.

"What term did he use?" Combs' lawyer Teny Geragos asked Jane.

During trial earlier today, 'Jane" spoke about how Sean Combs would tune into sermons on TV and the pair would watch them together and then talk about it. REUTERS

"Polyamorous," Jane responded.

Jane said she didn't mind at first because she believed he was dating everyone "evenly."

But then he started to go out in public with one woman and it "looked like a monogamous relationship" and that's when things started bothering Jane, since she and Combs hadn't come out publicly, she explained to the jury.

Diddy scores legal win as feds blocked from calling psychologist back to stand

By Ben Kochman

The judge overseeing Combs' trial ruled Tuesday that the feds cannot call a psychologist back to the stand to explain why domestic violence victims stay with their abusers.

In a small legal win for the embattled hip-hop mogul, prosecutors will not get to have Dr. Dawn Hughes testify about why Combs' ex-lover "Jane" continued to date him even after his alleged brutal, hours-long beatdown of her in June 2024.

Judge Arun Subramanian announced the ruling from the bench in Manhattan federal court Tuesday morning.

Hughes testified earlier in the trial about the psychological impact of abuse in Combs' relationship with his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

Diddy joked he was so addicted to his influencer ex that she 'was the crack pipe'

By Mikella Schuettler and Priscilla DeGregory

Sean "Diddy" Combs once joked in a voice message to his one-time influencer girlfriend that he was so addicted to her that she was "the crack pipe."

Jurors heard a voice note that the Bad Boys Records founder sent to his girlfriend "Jane" around March 2023 after the duo returned from a trip to Turks and Caicos.

"Eh, baby. It's all good, get your rest. You are the crack pipe," Combs could be heard saying. "Should I call you CP?"

Jane responded in a voice note to Combs, also played for the jury, saying, "'Crack pipe' is so real for both of us, it's definitely mutual."
