A Gramercy Park diner owner is furious that he settled a lawsuit by an allegedly disabled man who The Post revealed can walk around just fine on his own.

Tivoli Cafe owner Gus Kassimis agreed to settle with Arik Matatov and his attorney, Jeffrey Neiman, for $5,000 this month.

Neiman wrote Kassimis a letter in March demanding $50,000 and saying his client, who “uses a wheelchair to move from place,” couldn’t get into Tivoli’s restroom because it was too small and didn’t have handrails.

The attorney sent out dozens of similar demand letters to New York City businesses this spring and sued 49 restaurants and stores that did not pay settlements.

Neiman gave Kassimis a payment plan, but the restaurateur has stopped payment on the latest check and won’t write more.

His lawyer, Andreas Koutsoudakis, is weighing a countersuit. against Neiman and Matatov.

Neiman declined to comment saying the deal was confidential. Matatov has refused to discuss his claims.
