An Indian diplomat is demanding the deportation of a former housekeeper who accused him of treating her like a slave — and warned of “international” consequences if she isn’t given the boot.

In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, a lawyer for Indian Consul General Prabhu Dayal said the woman violated her visa by fleeing her job at his family’s official residence.

A Manhattan federal court suit charges that Dayal made her sleep in a closet inside the former Astor mansion on East 64th Street.
