He never questioned the boss.

A Roosevelt HS janitor yesterday said he was just following orders from an allegedly crooked custodian when he painted some of the honcho’s homes last year — rather than clean up the Bronx school’s hallways.

“He said, ‘Instead of going to school, just come to these residences,’ ” Jaime Lemos told The Post. “I didn’t pay too much attention to it because he was my boss.”

Lemos said Trifon Radef — under investigation for assigning city workers to renovate some of his 10 Queens properties, worth a combined $5.8 million — put Lemos on the paint jobs between 2008 and 2009.
