Two advocacy groups sued the city’s Board of Elections yesterday, alleging it violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to ease the way to the voting booth for people with problems walking or seeing.

The Manhattan federal court filing says 43 of 51 polling places inspected last Election Day had “accessibility barriers,” such as “garbage, boxes, tables . . . that easily could be moved to create a safe path of travel.”

Board spokeswoman Valerie Vazquez declined comment.
