She lost her law license, now she’s in danger of losing her kid.

Disgraced Manhattan real estate attorney Allison Scollar was back in Family Court Monday — six years after winning a landmark custody case against her ex-partner.

Scollar became the full-time legal parent of daughter Harrison, 6, in 2012 after a judge found that she was the more responsible parent.

The ruling was precedent-setting because Scollar had no biological ties to the child.

But since Scollar pleaded guilty last year to stealing $2 million from clients’ escrow accounts, her ex-partner, Brook Altman, is seeking to regain custody of her little girl.

A court-appointed attorney for Harrison, now 11, encouraged the judge to hear Altman’s petition.

“Over the past years there has been a change in the situation reflecting a change in the child’s perception, a change in the child’s feelings, a change in the child’s wish,” the girl’s lawyer, Philip Schiff. told Judge J. Machelle Sweeting.

Sweeting said she’d take up Altman’s case. The parties are due back in court in May.
