He resigned in disgrace, but that didn’t disqualify former New York state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman from collecting his state pension.

He will receive $63,948 a year for his nearly two-decade career as an elected official, the New York Law Journal reported on Thursday.

Schneiderman resigned from office in May after four women went public with allegations in the New Yorker magazine that New York’s top law enforcement officer hit them.
